After reading all the discussion, I do not think those people have written anywhere that they have booked a flat in the project. It was just an advice or suggestion for the home buyers.

As far as I know the project is approved by BBMP. Before booking a flat did you check all the documents.

As per my knowledge, the project is enriched with amenities like Swimming pool with toddlers pool, Jogging Track, Women's Zone, Landscaping, Senior Citizen Park, Amphitheater, Children Play Area etc. It has automatic passenger Elevators, Lifts, Power Back up 1 KV of power for each flat, Air Hockey, Carom, Football, Chess, Skating Park, Basketball Half Court, Shuttle Court etc. Apart from sports facilities it also ensures protection and safety of the residents by providing high tech security services. There is a Multi Utility Party Hall, Sauna/Steam Room, Yoga&Meditation Center, Billiards and much more. It is filled with Eco friendly features as well like Sewage Treatment Plant, Rain Water Harvesting System, Reverse Osmosis Plant (R.O), Water Fountains in Selected Places, Power back-up for common area and internal apartment, bore well water and much more.

Hi Jainendra, There is 24hr power back up and security which are included in the amenities list of the project.
