My comments to replies
We had booked a flat and is now struggling.They will not provide you and OC.No proper sale agreement also.First you need to visit their so called head office.
Lake is 1 KM away , the building is G+ 3 consisting of 2 blocks ( 16 Apartments in 1 block ) . 97 is the exact number of buildings built in the capital city between 2009 and 2014, which have been issued official Occupancy Certificates by BBMP. So I am not sure how many apartments really have OC.

Yes I agree , there will be always challenges when buying flats from small builders . Now a days the same thing with premium builders.

Premium builders may have , but small builders may not have. Most of the projects from B class builders in Bangalore do not have OC . Even lawyers also saying the same.

Hi Mathew, Have you booked an apartment in this project? Has the project got all the necessary approval from BBMP and banks?
I got the loan through IDBI , not sure if anyone have got from SBI and LIC .

2 borewells are there , that's what the builder told . Kaveri water is yet to come
