Krishvi gavakshi projet located in outer ring road has deviated sales agreement. People who booked flat 2.6 yrs ago now they got circular from krishvi stating price increase by almost 350/sft. They simply mentioned in circlular stating additional features will be provided so they are incresing in price. they have not discussed with any of the flat owners. Please suggest

What I know is the increase is around 250/- per square and Krishvi is willing to pay 75/- per square and owners are asked to pay 175/- per square. All the features mentioned has not been discussed with owners before.
