What is the price of a villa in Sreevatsa Garden?
Q: I am interested in a villa in Sreevatsa Garden. Would anyone know how much it costs, approximately?

Hi Sidhar, The cost of the villa in Sreevasta Garden will be in between Rs 1crore to Rs 5crores.
I was given to understand that the plot sizes vary upto about 3500 sq ft with a constructed area of upto 2500 sq ft. While I understand the lowever end of the range but I am rather puzzled that it could be upto Rs 5 crores. Could you please throw more light? Thanks.
