Hi Rajiv..Pragathi nagar comes under Kukatpally.. this area generally don't have water problem..but i hope you know..water scarcity has hit Hyderabad...many areas are facing water problem and Kukatpally is one of them.
There are many people who think that Pragathinagar has big lake and will not have water problem ..but bore well around that lake doesnt give much water as the land is rocky and also there is mosquitoes problem around tha lake and some other areas in Pragathi nagar. Only good thing is its a good community .. Pragathi school and Pragathi Hospital run by a trust..Pragathi Peoples Trust.
