Q: I am looking for a ready to occupy, vaastu compliant, 3BHK Apartment/Row House/Villaments from premium builders only. I am flexible on the budget and area , ofcourse it has to be in the proximity of schools. My key requirement is vaastu and premium builders. Wondering why premium builders like Vaswani, Sobha, Prestige and Mantri never built vaastu apartments. Is it technically not feasible? All i am asking in terms of Vaastu is: Enterance facing : East, North or North-East Kitchen facing: South East Master Bedroom : South West Children Bedroom : North West The Apartment or House has to be either Rectangular or Square In Shape but not cross Thats It !!! Thats my vaastu requirement and i have been searching since last 3 years and still unable to find an apartment/row house with the premium builders. Wondering what am I missing here. Is my ask that difficult to meet or do i need to flex my vaastu requirements. Any pointers/suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks everyone for suggestions. Neha, i am flexible in terms of area i.e. from South Banglore along the strtech of Sarjapur ORR to North Bangalore. Thanks Daksh for quick response. As my key requirement is Vastu i have restricted to independent homes rather than apartments which is not easy to find and have to depend on local real estate agents. I have searched on portals like commonfloor extensively and it turns out to be Kormangala is beyond my budget . The brand new houses are available only from JP Nagar 8th phase, Raja rajeshwari nagar or on Hebbal side . All of these areas are far from the school where my kids are currently studying. So i am not sure how to go about . Any suggestions will be great help. Regards, BansiThanks Daksh for quick response. Q: The commute is pathetic on harlur road specifically during office hours and this is the only reason i am unable to make a decision. Please suggest if Rs 4600 psft is good price

I kindly request you to let me know the following: - Whether DSR is a good builder and if anyone knows of the construction quality in DSR Ultima. - Land owner is selling the share of left over apartments at UDS and Construction cost per sqft is 4600 whereas all inclusive cost with Service tax and VAT turns out to 5300 psft - land owner is offering to reduce couple of lakhs if ipay some amount in cash i.e. black which goes un-accounted. I heard even big builders like Presitige, Gopalan do so . What are the cons of such approach? - The traffic congestion is big constraint in this area. Any idea if the roads would be widened in future. Overall recommendation to go for DSR UltimaThank you all for your generous replies.
