Thanks all for the replies. I am looking around a budget of 25-29 lacs , as i believe there would other additional charges too relatively, excluding reg amnt. Suraksha Sunflower is one of the popular Residential Developments in Bileka Halli neighborhood of Bangalore. It is among the well known Projects of its class. The landscape is beautiful with spacious Houses. The price of 2bhk flats ranges from Rs 24.96 Lakhs- Rs 27.12 Lakhs.
