I am not able to decide between buying a 3bhk in Marvel Zephyr or Marvel Cerise - they are quite close to each other and have almost the same amenities. Can someone help with insights?

Hi Dinesh, Thank you for letting me know. I have the details for purchasing the properties but I am just not sure if I should buy in Kharadi. For similar price I am getting to buy a 3bhk flat in Kumar Kruti in Kalyani Nagar and thats a much better area. Just not sure if I should pay so much for Kharadi.

I feel the price what the builder is quoting is little higher compare to the locality.

Hi Rinky, Do you want the flat on immediate basis? If yes then you can go for Marvel Cerise as the project is going to get completed by the end of this year.
Hi Sunil, I am not looking to move in immediately but I would like to buy a flat that I can rent out easily almost immediately and then will move into the same flat with my family after 5 years or so. Do you think thats a good idea?

Marvel Group residential project Marvel Zephyr located at Kharadi, Pune. Marvel Zephyr offers 2BHK, 3BHK, 4BHK apartments and villas. The project is the under construction and it is expected to get completed by 2013.
Hi Piyush, Yes I know but do you think its worth spending so much money on Marvel Zephyr? Marvel Cerise is a little less expensive but maybe not as much a good finish as Marvel Zephyr - what do you think?

Hi Rinky, there are many locations in Pune which are worth investing.. Kharadi is a good choice.. You can also check properties in Wakad, Ambegaon, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Lohegaon, Warje, etc..

Kharadi is excellent to buy property.. It is one of the most happening places in Pune.. And there are many developments happening in the area..

There is IT park which attracts very good development in the region.. good facilities are available.. There are many companies, good educational institutions, hospitals, shopping malls, many hotspot loactions, entertainment zones, and what not.. To sum up, Kharadi is one of the most-sought after area.. moreover there are many projects in Kharadi, so you have numerous choices too..

I am not sure about water issues there.. But to be frank everywhere there is water scarcity problem, at least for some period in an year.. I don't think there are any serious issues as such..
Thanks Sunil - even I thought so that water issues should not a be huge problem. What kind of rent would one expect to pay in Kharadi for a 2bhk?
