May I know the Service tax and vat charges and is the other charges is also comes with service tax?..
Q: Rs. 15,925,00/- Flat cost Rs. 2,00,000/- Other Charges Rs. 17925/- total cost My friend bought a flat in Ambernath(E) for Rs. 17,925,00/- in an understanding, He would like to know the service tax & Vat charge(in percentage) of the flat which he bought...among that Rs. 17,925,00/- Rs. 2 lacs have been charged by the builder as other charges..will that other charges is also been comes with service tax or what? kindly please assist in this regards.

Hi Rajasekar, I think vat charges are not included in service tax.
may I knw de percentage of service tax...
