Looking to buy a 3bhk in Elan
Q: I am looking to buy 3 bhk in Elan. What is the current sq/ft rate? I want to be first resident i.e, I want unused apartment.. Will it be available?

Hi Sathish, I heard the flats will be ready to occupy by 2014.. So if you buy now then definitely it is unused one that you get..
Are they constructing new apartments in Élan ?
