Is any one aware of latest status of North city project, is it approved now.
I booked a flat in this project on Jan 2010 and thereafter they were updating the status on every three month, but since last one we didnt receive positive comments from them. Is anybody having the same review?

I contacted them and they are saying the bookings given earlier to us were provisional and even if they go ahead with teh construction those old rates will have to be renegotiated aka 2200 will now be 3700 ... I dont agree they are good builders seem to me they are crooks.
this is what expected from them while studying recent development. let us see what will come out finally.

Price 2200/sq.ft While I was booked on Jan 2010 and as I know latest was 3700/sq.ft and thereafter booking was stooped. Now latest we dont know, they didnt get approval and stopped intensionally to rise the price.
