Q: Builder is not providing occupancy certificate in bangalore. He has built few apartments which are illegal in the top floor. Because of this we are not able to apply for khata What is the action we can take ?

My comments to replies
Occupancy certificate is very important document. You have to talk with the builder of the project and if he is not ready to provide the occupancy certificate then you can hire a legal expert and take the required action.
Thanks Rajkumar..Its been more than 6 years the builder is not willing to discuss on this. Anyway i will approach credai first and then consumer court
