Can i sell a flat which is yet to get a mortgage clearance?
Q: I was offered a flat by my builder... My builder says... All the flats in that particular floor can be registered only when the apartment construction is complete as apartment is in mortgage... " I payed the complete amount exclusive of registration. I want to sell this flat asap. What should be my approach to do the same?
