Hi I have booked west facing i.e, east entry apartment unit in Prestige Tranquility on 8th floor,off Old Madras Road. Is it a good unit as per the vastu? Please guide me.regards,Vishal

Vishal, can you update me on recent rates and availability in Tranquility.
As per my last visit, they have started construction of a tower.thats it.i do not have much updated but they will post me few more pictures.One more think , price is already been appriciated and ppl are asking around 3300 INR psf .Have you booked any units?

Veena is right, east-facing house is mostly preferred as Sun rises in east it is said positive energy enters the home. House being vastu compliant is good. And whether for you that house is good or not could be told by vastu expert based on your name and kundli. Usually it is checked based on the name of head of the family/home.
Correct Guru but as per vastu if you will go on height like 5 ,6 7 floors onward ,West facing is good.
