Now the cost of the plot is saturated. Veerapandi nagar started by 1983, since there is no developement. Why ? is it because of Dumping yard near Vengatamangalam or some local threadening or quaries problem...Now the cost of the plot is saturated. I heard that a plot of area 2400 sq ft costs around 30 lacs.
Thank u sir, But last week i went there. If we sell means they used to ask 800/sq ft.
