i just got the news that blossom county has not paid its dues to noida development authority and they are served a notice to stop work , this will definately delay already delayed project.. the developer needs to be pressurised to abide by the laws and not play with hard erned money of its investors.

Friends thanks for the answer but there is a twist in the tail. i visited the site today, where broker told me that I can get 973 sq ft flat at Ajnara Dafodil under scheme within 45-46.

How will be service tax calculated on new apartment (under construction) in Hyderabad area and where should we pay service tax?
for example, if I am buying a flat in Hyderabad of area 1500 sft @ 45 lacs including parking and amenities like electricity, water, lift, generator etc.
