I got to know from one of the residents of CASA Gopalan that the land owner has some flats available for sale. But how can I get the contact details of the land owner? Builder says he does not have any flats available now.
You can talk with the resident who gave you the details and ask that person to get you the details or even you can go and meet with the land owners of Casa Gopalan.
I went to the apartment, but the security did not have anything contact details of the land owner.
