Reputed Tier 2 builder's ongoing project
Q: Hi, I want to buy a 2BHK or a 3 BHK house. Please recommend a reputed ongoing project by a good builder. My budget is 40 lakhs.

Hi Prachi, There are many projects coming up in the city. Where exactly you are planning to buy a house in Bangalore?
Hi Bharat, I work in Kormangla. I want a house, not very far from the city center. Besides, I am not big on any modern amenities. I just want a spacious (not a 800 sq, ft. match box), well ventilated, well lit house. Any reputed small time builder will do. Any standalone small apartment complex will do. But I don't want to compromise on the quality of construction.

You can look for projects like PSR Aster in Sarjapur Road, Mana Karmel, Asset Elvira, Mana Candela and Godrej E-City in Electronic Phase I.
Thank you. But those projects are far from the city center. Also, they are the size of match boxes. I don't want any fancy amenities. Just a good and a decently spacious house.
