Q: Real estate investment: It is always a good idea to invest in property. The potential profits are vast. It is now common knowledge that the economy is not as buoyant as in previous times. A lot of homeowners are now being forced into foreclosure and short sales. If you read property advertisements you will learn that many properties are now seriously undervalued. If you have access to the necessary funds then property investing can be an excellent field to get in to. Of course it will require some travel as you will need to look at properties and meet clients.
