Anybody has got SBI home loan
Q: I have booked one flat in Sunny Dew Mahadevpura . I wanted to know anybody has got SBI home loan ?

Latest Answer: Sunny Dew has 4 blocks. Only one Block is approved by BBMP as per my knowledge (Presently work is going on for that block), It is difficult to get SBI loan approval unless project has BBMP “A khata” and Construction approval from BBMP. I have also booked one apartment but yet to do the agreement because I am waiting for the builder to get the approval of Sunny Dew project(other three blocks including my block too) from BBMP. Has anyone got SBI loan for this project?
