I HAVE A PLOT OF 240 SQY IN F-BLOCK, VATIKA CITY CENTRAL, AMBALA.
Q: BUT I AM GIVEN TO UNDERSTAND THAT THIS PLOT WILL BE RE-ALLOTED IN SECTOR 25 OF VATIKA CITY CENTRAL. IF I REFUSE TO TAKE THE PLOT IN SECTOR 25, WHAT ARE THE CONSEQUENCES. CAN I GO TO CONSUMER COURT SINCE IN THE BEGINNING I WAS ALLOTED A PLOT IN SECTOR 23 AND I STILL WANT A PLOT IN SECTOR 23.

Latest Answer: Hello Mr Sharma...if something is mentioned and promised in papers..you can always drag the builder to consumer court. i think you should first discuss this matter in detail with the builder.
