The price for 2bhk is around 30 lakhs...and area would be around 680 Sq. ft.
Mr Samanta is asking for the ad published on 25th which says 2BHK is Rs. 9.92lac. 30 lac for such a small apartment & in such a underdeveloped area is unthinkable. Quoting this type of amount is quite misleaqding also.
