When can we expect agreement?
Q: We booked a flat in your venture and paid 20% cost of flat two months back. till now agreement has not happened and executives are saying approval is pending from HMDA and GHMC. How much time it will take to get all the approvals from govt.? How much more time it will take to get all the approvals from govt for the construction of floors 15-19 in phase 2 of Rainbow Vista?

It takes some time to get the approval from the government authority.
How many days we need to wait? Is that approval will be issued or not?
