What happened to public who invested in unapproved layouts?
Q: Dear People, Kindly please don't invest your hard earned money in unapproved plots because it never helps in emergency situation. Kindly buy properties which was approved by DTP or DTCP. Brokers and mediators will say it was approved by panchayat,kindly make a note there is nothing called panchayat approval and nowadays panchayat doesnt have rights to give approval. So kindly pls don make useless investments by investing in unapproved layouts. Take care V.Lokesh Sathiya Property Developers (only DTCP) approved layouts Coimbatore.
