Builder asking for interest on Service Tax rate change
Q: Anyone who has booked a flat with Rustomjee Urbania, Acura C-Wing and is getting Demand Notices with an accured interest on the change in Service Tax amount? I am receiving Demand notice along with the Service Tax Amount + Difference of Service Tax Amount + Interest on difference amount
