Planning to buy 3bhk in Sai Poorna Premier/Luxuria on Harlur road.
Q: Marketing person has shown us couple of completed flats in Sai Poorna High-End and Premier. Though I didn't like the floor plan in High-End, the quality of construction seemed good. Premier's flat floor plan for 3bhk caught my eyes and wanted to book the same. I am bit concerned about the reputation of this builder as I couldn't find many reviews of him. Can someone who has any knowledge about this builder, please throw some light... How is the builder reputation in terms of construction quality and amenities? Anyone who has bought in High-End/Heights/Paradise from this builder, please share your experience...
