Q: Why has Terra city still not been able to get loan approval from any bank?

Yes it is true that Terra city is a biggest township in Bhiwadi which offers you Plot/Villas/Flat at affordable price in the vicinity of nature.
Yes, flats are available. Builder is saying that loan will get approved very soon from LICHFL & hdfc
