Q: Hi, I want to know what should be the parking dimensions as per the law, if any, in Pune. I have purchased a 2 BHK in Pune in 2009. The developer has given me possession anyhow but the parking space he has given me is not just enough to fit my car in. Is there any law that tells the parking size? Also, Is there any law that tells how to allocate the parking slots. My developer has just asked one of the flat-owners to allocate it to others. Does it work this way or should it be prioritized as per the booking/agreement date? Thanks, Devesh

The Car parking length should be 5500 mm and width should be 2000 mm
mm ... is it milimeter? then the it translates to 55 cm x 20 cm ... Is not it too small for a car?
