Worth to buy Resale flat in Gulmohar Paradise home?? Pls suggest !!
Q: I am planning to buy a 6 year old resale 2BHK flat in Kharadi, area around 780-800 sq feet, Glumohar paradise home society. Basic cost will be 34.65 lakh which includes covered parking and total package may be around 37 lakh including agent commission. Flat is well maintained, having no water problem and society is also decent. Can anyone pls help/suggest, whether it is good deal? My initial purpose is to live their minimum 5-6 years but I may sell this after that, Is it worth buying this flat? OR It is better to stay in rented flat instead of paying huge interest on home loan if this flat is not going to give me that much return? Pls provide some expert comments.

Latest Answer: Kharadi is the only locality which is slum free. It is the lucrative spot for real estate investments. I will suggest you to go ahead with the deal.
