Is it legal to run a Canteen and a Hostel in a residential building?
Q: We are in an apartment building and the Manipal Group of Institutions run a canteen and a hostel in our building. The trainees are a nuisance, they litter, get drunk, throw garbage all around and is a nightmare for all the residents around. What to do? This is been going on for the last 12 years. We have called the police several times.

Hi, I think this is not legal as it create problems for the residents or the apartment owners staying there.
