What appreciation to expect after 2 years?
Q: I have an apartment at Oberoi Exquisite at Goregaon east which I bought at 10 k per ft 2 years back. Current rate is 14 k per ft. What is the expected rate, 2 years from now, when the possession is likely to happen?

Rajveer , what is your take on rate for such a property by 2013 in Rs/sqft.
