More details on Aliens Space Station 2, Hyderabad project.
Q: I have recently booked a plot in Aliens Space Station 2, the builder has promised to provide the possesion by June 2014. Kindly share your comments, experience for this property (if any).

Hi Rakesh, I too heard that phase 2 will be ready in 2014.. But not sure about month..
They have stating the completion date of JUNE 2012. They are adding this cvondition in teh agreement too abotu the handover date. So I believe they are serious about the timeline.

Hello Rakesh, can you please give me the recent pricing and availability details in this project?
The Builder is quoting a price of Rs.6200 per sq yard. Regarding the availability you have to check with the Builders. But as far as I understand they have the booking done for about 20% plot.
