Hello Charanya and Neeraj,
Me and my friends booked 3 flats in this project. Right now it is still in pre-launching stage and the documents also in-process for legal approval. We have given cheques for 1 lac each as booking amount.
These cheques will be withdrwan only once the BBMP approval is done.
We visited the site last weekend and he mentioned that they have got the approval. Did you get to speak to them after that regarding approval status. Did you check carpet area ratio??

We were told that the rates are not negotiable. Floor plans are ready. In fact, we were told that they have got approvals and are in the process of getting bank approval for this project. When did you last speak to them?

Hi Charanya, my friends and me are planning to visit the site.. this saturday evening...at aroung 5pm.
When i spoke to them over phone, they told that they got the BBMP approvals.
We just spoke to him and he did mention that there are changes. However, he said hell reply in 2-3 days... Taduru Hariprasad, did he mention any of this when you last went and visited him on-site?

Hi Neeraj, have you visited the site? We are planning to book one over the weekend...Its still in pre-launch stage. Expected possession - around Aug'14... We are yet to pay the booking amount. Will know other legal stuff only after we pay booking amount and get docs for legal process.

Hi Avinash... missed your message...we had done lawyer verification as a group. Shared it with another buyer who had already hired a lawyer. By the time u see this message, am sure you would have completed verification and finalised booking. Let me kknow if u need more info
