Hi all, I have booked a 3BHK in Shriram Signia in a prelaunch offer in the 2nd week of August. Initially they said that still the approvals are pending and they will launch the project by 2nd week of September. But still they have not got all the approvals. Does anyone knows when they are going to launch the project?
Shriram builders have sent an email to people who have already booked stating that they have got all the approvals and they will launch the project next mnth.
Yeah, i got that mail as well. But still the approval copies are not with them in hand. They will have them by next 15-20 days

It seems that the project has already been launched.. When did you last enquired them about launch date?
Yesterday only i visited them to have a look on the model apt, even that is not yet ready. They said that by Mid Oct , it is exoected.

Yeah Sandeep, the same they told me as well, even i visited the model apt after they gave the reason. I saw the tiles were not at all matching . So, seems they are still working on tile work

Hi Anupam, please tell me what was the rate per sq ft when you booked flat and what is the rate ongoing?
I booked it in a prelauch offer @ 3200/-. right now they have revised the rates to 3500/- , may be negotiable o some extent.

Its just opposite to Wipro Gate , Electronic City. It seems there are few flats available, but the rates are revised. Can try?
