please share if any information anyone have regarding tentative delivery time for MIG flats . Also tell me actual carpet area would be for 975 sqft MIG flat , is it a worthy asset ?

Hi Subhankar...which project are you talking about..?? And yes carpet area is the area that you actually get inside the house. This is the area for which we are paying money. While built up area also includes thickness of the internal and outer walls and also the area of the balcony.
Teen Kanya -MIG - that means 975 sq ft is carpet area
