Hi, is there anyone who booked flat In Advaya, Kovur?
Q: I have a query on the Date of possession. They have told that it will be completed in Dec 2013. But in the agreement between land owner and Builder, it is given that 24 months from the date of approval from CMDA. Any one noticed this and enquired this to bulider?

So has it got the CMDA approvl? Any idea when it has got?
No. they have not got the approval yet.

As per sources, it is said the possession will be in Dec 2013 only.. But obviously, approval delays may delay the possession. .
yes. you are right. But since the agreements says it is 24 months there is no chance that we will get it by dec 2013.
