Q: How many people have taken fitout possession? Is there any information about it? The builder is saying that OC will come in about 6-8 months. What is the point to taking fitout possession other than paying the builder the full amount? Why is the builder charging CAM from 31st, October? My understanding is that as long as the builder doesn't given possession (full possession where I can live in the building) they have possession of the property and therefore any maintenance is their responsibility. How can this be transferred to the buyer without giving possession?

Q: Dear all owners, I am sharing with you my experience with one Mr. Vijaykumar,ex-employee of Tata Housing in Aquila Heights who has been checked out of Tata Housing for some alleged malpractices done by him .He has now taken up liaisoning work. He contacts Aquila Heights owners over phone/mobile often for undertaking services. I learn from Tata Housing that he is not allowed entry into Aquila Heights. Knowing nothing of these, in urgency and paucity of time, I gave him Rs. 4000 with the relevant papers to be submitted to the electricity Department for the name change over in last week of October, 2012.Till date and up to the time of writing this, he has not done anything. Hi Sishir..currently the stamp duty charges in Hyderabad is 7.5 per cent. Like other metros, the registration charge in Hyderabad is one percent of the total value of the property.
