Caution notice,was issued by the landlord of the said land,where the project is getting constructed. Land doesnot belong to salarpuria,its a JD,so landlord had issued a newspaper notification, that all people are buying at there risk,since the agreement with salarpuria is not valid,the particular case is at the karnataka court.
