I have booked an apartment with Mantri and recently i got to know that possession has been delayed by an year which is very huge. The reasoning behind the delay is really absurd. I really wonder whats going on. Unfortunately i am not in India to find out. I hope there Mantri's are being transparent enough and there no big other hidden surprise. I have kind of lost faith in Mantri. This has really raised questions/doubts on Mantri and their ability to complete project on time.

Mantri Celestia the most delayed project in Hyderabad and the shelter craving resident not only is losing tax, interest and grief agony of being shelterless and fear of loosing the almost full paid money to the company and its management.
Please understand that if compensation is a resolution I wouldn't have purchase home from Mantri, I am looking eagerly to live in Mantri, advise if you can "Mantri" to handover immediately becuase 10% of human life as already passed with the project and not sure if any luck to live there in the flat.

Agreement was done with a hope of having shelter and put stop to rent burden. Finally after paying 95% of flat cost they said possession would be delayed by 12 months. customer is overburdened with an EMI as well as with a huge rents. There is no any proper response from builder side about compensation.
Is builder ready for registration of our flats? Is any one got it done? Kindly advice.
