Hi, i visited olive last year.. that time total final cost was around 39 lac including all charges. possession was in DEC 12. whats rate they offering now? "A" building was booked last year and upto 4th floor B & C was booked. In which building & floor u r getting flat? Olive is good project. Location is good. distance from nagar road is 100 mtr. It's worth to book flat thr .. as per my expr the support staff thr is not with helping nature.. Olive is good project.
