May I know the price per Sft at Vikas Nagar Layout. I would like to buy a plot 50X80 size.

Dear James, You have mentioned that Cost per sft is Rs 3,300/-. for 50X80(4000Sft Plot), how it will cost Rs 13.5Lakhs. It should be 1Crore 32 Lakhs. Please correct me if I am wrong or there is difference in rate. Appreciate, if you could inform me the best rate to buy. Regards, G.
