I heard that a wonderful new concept known as flexi-villa by Sunway Opus had been launched. I am planning to have a duplex villa at that place. I felt the international feel, the movement I entered their sales office premises. Excellent Marketing Manager with plenty of experience and educated me about the project. I am convinced the way he explained and I may go with a duplex villa. Thanks Sunway Opus.

Hi Jackson, Today I booked a duplex villa in Sunway Opus. Met Mr. Sunil, HOD-Sales & Marketing, a very decent and straight forward guy, who offered me Rs. 2700/- per Sft a discount of Rs. 300/- per Sft. from the base price + other charges viz: Car Park, Club House etc. I am very happy today. I am very much impressed by the location & their construction.

Hey Neethu, what was the price quoted to you for duplex villa and flexi-villa? And what is this flexi-villa? Could you please explain.
Hi Siddarth, They quoted me Rs. 2700/- per Sft + other charges viz; Club House, Car Park, service tax, vat etc
