I am looking for a Villa in Manjeera Smart Homes, Quthbullapur with 178 Sq Yards, 1916 sq ft (construction area). Builder is asking for Rs.55 lakh. Is it a decent price? Please help. Thanks, Sriram.

Thank you Sree. Yes, it's an ongoing residential development. It is nearly 1.5 KM from Chital and very near to the big ground that you can find on to the right side of the road. Btw, what is the land price in this location?

The price is Rs 2000 per sqft in Manjeera Smart Homes Villas.
@Prakash - They are quoting Rs3000/sft in Villas... Rs2000/- seems to be very very less for a villa. What do you say?

Builder is quoting less for you becuase one of my colleagues booked a flat pervious year and the builder was quoting Rs 67 lakhs for him.
@Anwarlaskar3 - Did you colleague bought a villa here? If yes, can you pass me on his feedback on the property?
