Hi, has anyone booked in Amara Akasha?
Q: I am interested in booking in Amara Aaksha but I am not sure of the going rates in Perungudi..What is the per sq ft rate they are quoting?

Amara Akasha is one of the new residential developments of A R Foundations Pvt. Ltd. in Perungudi neighborhood of Chennai. The landscape is beautiful with spacious and over 38 villas of 3 and 4 bhks.
thank you..do you know the going rates in Perungudi? The builder is quoting 7500 per sq ft for this one..not sure if thats the going rate in Perungudi
