Lately I have seen that if in some flat, no one is residing for say 1-2 months then electrician connects some other flat electricity connection to this flat, I am not sure if this flat tenants is doing this together with electrician for money. As I had to pay double the money for electricity bill. Usually it was in range 700-1000 but suddenly it got raised to 2000 for last 3 months, once I came back after 1-2 months from vacation. Please let me know if someone else faces the same.

What are the current stamp duty and regustration charges.2. What is the service tax percentage? Will that be charged for 13L or 27L. 1) Tanker water
2) dusty and unruly traffic on Nagar road
