I have booked a 3 BHK recently in Phase II and have got a draft agreement from Ideal. Wanted to know if any previous buyer made any amendment to it so that its fair to both buyer and seller. Mostly builders make them in their favour leaving nothing for buyers. Phase I case will also help. Thanks.
