Have you booked a flat in Silver Oak Gardens? What is the price builder quoting for 2bhk flat?
I haven't yet. But if i remember correctly, they were saying 3,100 approx per sq ft.. or thereabouts.

Silver Oak Gardens is one of the popular Residential Developments in Kanakapura Road neighborhood of Bangalore. It is among the Ongoing Projects of its class. The projects comprises of 120-apartment complexes.
