Details on Sarvam Project in Velachery, Chennai
Q: Hello: Has anyone booked apartments with Sarvam. This project was initiated in April 2012. Location: Velachery, Builder Name: S&S Foundations. I am interested in booking an apartment but before that, I want to be cautious and hence to know about the project and the location details. If someone can kindly provide the details it will be very helpful. It appears like they keep increasing the rates every 2 months. Just wanted to know if there is a huge demand for this project?

Latest Answer: Project was expected to be completed by 2014, but 2014 ended without any information from the Builder. Inordinate delays and no information from Builder. They are ignoring all questions, email and phone calls.
