Expected possession date
Q: Hi, can anybody tell me when can I expect the possession for bldg 11. Everytime I call up the builder They say "by the month end"...it have been almost 1.5 yrs delay already.Also can anybody let me know the compensation they could work out with the builder in lieu of the delay pls?Thanks, Vivek

Hi Vivek, Was it said to you that the builder will compensated if there is a delay in possession.
I have heard they ate compensating some 10 rs per sq ft per month. Not sure though..
