I would like to have some information regarding the construction delay in the B4 block of Unitech Vistas. If any one knows please share with me as I am a worried owner.

I am also a worried owner who has invested in tower C3 vistas and after 2 years and taking 35% of our money they have not even started. I would like all members to come togethere to form a group to take on the management
no idea about possession date yet. what are the up dates?
I think owners group is totally company sponsored. Beware! I do not think they intend to construct after collecting 35% of the sales value of the flat. It is plain cheating.

Hi Hari Haran, all buyers of Unitech Vistas, Gurgaon can join the owners group of the project. You can share info and discuss anything related to the project with other flat owners in the group. To join click Join Owners Group.

Hello Sir.. is there any issue with the management of this project? When is the possession expected for flats?
even after 2 years and 5 months they have not done a smallest bit of work on the ground of C3 towers. so you can imagine their intention. Are you a owner or company rep?
